Follows closely on the heels of G3 Comms achieving Gold Partner accreditation by Genesys in March 2018
G3 Comms, the business communications specialist, has been awarded the ‘Deal of the Year’ trophy by Genesys, the global leader in omnichannel customer experience and contact centre solutions.
Presented to G3 Comms at Genesys’ annual G-Summit event in London, the award recognises G3 Comms for success in winning one of the most significant PureCloud deals earlier this year. The award also acknowledges G3 Comms’ outstanding integration skills, professional service capabilities, investment in Genesys training and certification programs, and in-house R&D capabilities. Together, these capabilities have contributed to strengthening the partnership with Genesys and the successful implementation of several other significant Genesys-based solutions in the last 12 months.
This recognition follows closely on the heels of G3 Comms being awarded Gold Partner status with Genesys in March 2018.
