The three factors responsible for exceeding expectations.
Delivering growth in volatile times – when European market conditions remain uncertain, when technology adoption habits are evolving and when workplace culture is transforming – is no mean feat. That’s why I’m delighted that at G3 Comms we didn’t just meet our financial target for 2018/19, we exceeded it. Exceeded it and delivered double digit percent organic growth.
I put this success down to three factors, above all others. First, it reflects the talent, expertise and dedication of the G3 Comms team – Across all areas of the business.
Second, it’s a demonstration of the faith our customers – both existing and new – put in us. Many of these customers are reinventing the service they offer their customers – not only moving technology from on-premise to cloud but undergoing comprehensive, business-wide digital transformation. That’s a move not without risk and requires a partner you can trust.
Third, it’s a recognition that we understand the underlying market dynamics. We knew before most of our competitors that Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) was the future. By converging back-end network infrastructure and bringing together front-end applications – voice, messaging, conferencing and more – businesses can reduce costs, grow revenues and mitigate risk. To put some numbers on this: integrated UCC solutions can enhance workforce productivity by between 5 and 25 percent, reduce operating and capital expenses by up to 35 percent and improve service levels by up to 20 percent.
When Apiary Capital chose to become our majority shareholders in March, it was because they recognised that we were doing something different. “One of the attractive qualities of G3 Comms is they have expertise in large, complicated, legacy Avaya systems, as well as great expertise in taking customers on the journey to that cloud-based world,” Nicki Boyd, a partner at Apiary Capital told CRN. “They spotted that trend early enough to build up the capability.”
It’s not just Avaya. We’ve built strong partnerships with Microsoft, Genesys, Tata Communications and Ribbon. Meanwhile, major client wins underscore our ability to manage diverse and complex communications systems.
